Good Afternoon and welcome to another Freshly Brewed Projects Blog Hop with my crafty friends! This week the theme is Ice Cream Corner Suite and I have my Sweet Party Hats card for you

I wanted to share something a little different with this awesome Bundle so, after a little inspiration from my friend Patty Bennett, I’ve created my Sweet Party Hats card for you ….

Sweet Party Hats
I did have a little fun with the Ice Cream Corner Suite making these sweet Party Hats.
The Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper pack was perfect to punch out my hats and faces using the Ice Cream Cone Builder Punch. I used the papers with the watercolour swatches.
The faces are from that paper too. I used the scoop part of the Punch for the heads. I’ve created the hair with the scoop stamp and the detail for the stick. The hat brim is just strips from some scraps of the Rainbow Glimmer Paper.

I used my markers to colour the sentiment then stamped onto a white strip. I used the same three Stampin’ Write markers to create the splattered background. The markers I used were Rich Razzleberry, Terracottta Tile and Bumble Bee.
The eyes are done with some of the retired Black Rhinestones as I didnt havent any Matt Black Dots. I just drew the little mouths on with a Basic Black Marker.
I do hope you like my card. It was fun to get creative with this Suite of products.
Let’s go hopping …

Thanks so much Jeanne … the idea didnt pan out as I’d anticipated so was a little worried putting it up.
