Good Afternoon and welcome to this week’s Freshly Brewed Projects Blog Hop. This week we are excited to bring you some projects from the new Sale-a-bration Brochure!
Sale-a-bration is back!
Yay! My most favourite time of the year is back … Sale-a-bration that is! No not Christmas … but that’s not too far away either!
You may have noticed at the beginning of the year that Sale-a-bration only went for 2 months instead of the usual 3 months. I continually said there’d be another Sale-a-bration later in the year … well it’s now later!
I do love Sale-a-bration and being able to Thank You for being a loyal customer and reward you with free products! If you havent already got your catalogue click the cover above to download your copy. Then send me a message to send you a hard copy!
There’s lots of gorgeous products in this brochure to earn for free – Stamps, Dies, patterned papers and the glitzy Be Dazzled Specialty Paper.
Remember you can earn free products when you ….
- Shop – earn a Level 1 item with a $90 order or spend $180 to earn a Level 2 reward
- Host – host a party and when your sales pass $500 you’ll earn the bonus host set In Your Words for free (and in addition to the regular Host Rewards!)
- Join – when you join the Stampin’ Up! family during Sale-a-bration choose $235 in products and pay just $169 plus you can choose a bundle for free from the list below
One item that grabbed my attention when I first saw the Brochure was the Feels Like Home Stamp Set.
Feels Like Home
I love the sketched images in this set and the sentiments are perfect and I love that mix of fonts used! Whether you want to say Thank You, Hello or Miss You there’s a sentiment perfect for your card or project.
Here’s what I made today using the Feels Like Home Stamp Set …
I’ve used a Smoky Slate Card base and first layer which I have run through with the Bricks & Mortar Embossing Folder. There were bricks on the design of the stamp so figured I’d use the Bricks folder for a little continuation.
I havent water coloured onto Watercolor Paper for a while so figured I’d give that a go this time. My Stazon was a little dry but stamped ok – I will have to search for the reinkers in all those boxes in the shed! I used colours from a house I was interested in from the grey bricks to the blue door and wooden verandah.
I wanted my card to have some bright colours to contrast the greys and blues of the ‘house’ so opted for Old Olive, Granny Apple Green, Polished Pink, Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie and Poppy Parade to paint with using my Aqua Painter.
I really enjoyed colouring this image and hope you like the card I made for today’s blog hop.
Remember, if you don’t have a Sale-a-bration Catalogue be sure to let me know so I can send you one.
Let’s go hopping …
Now let’s see what my crafty friends have made for you today …
