I am sure you’ve had those days or weeks like I’ve had this week. Where you’ve got so much to do and so little time to do it. Everything seems to be piling up around you and you just want to retreat back to bed to escape? Then a friend, or friends, jump in and help you get stuff done. Today’s card is like that hug with a fold in the middle to say You made my Day
You made my Day
I’ve had a headache for a few days and it wasn’t letting up. I had so much to get done before leaving for On Stage on Friday. I’d messaged my class ladies and said I’d need to cancel as I needed time to get some things done. They all offered to come help. I had 30 team gifts to put together! Now if I’d done it myself it would have taken a day but with the help of these ladies they were done in 90 minutes! What a relief!
So girls, this card is for you!
My card base is 21cm x 10.5cm (just slightly larger than 4×4). The patterned paper is 8.2cm square (3 1/4″) and is from the See a Silhouette Designer Series Paper Pack. The lacy square panel is from the gorgeous Shimmer Detailed Laser Cut Specialty Paper. I love this pack with so many pieces to use for various projects.

It’s such a great stamp set with some wonderful sentiments. It includes some sentiments for the inside as well as the outside of a card plus a few lighthearted ones as well.
To finish off my little card I added some of the sweet Gold Glitter Enamel Dots now available while stocks last. You’ll need a pack or three of these pretties! They are available as part of the Christmastime is Here Suite and available separately.
Thanks to the help of the ladies yesterday I have time to breathe and get a few more things done before I leave for On Stage tomorrow!
