Congratulations! You survived yet another weekend!

It’s time for another Stamp Challenge from What Will You Stamp Challenge Blog and this week we are using the gorgeous Rose Wonder Stamp Set ..

I love this set and I love that in comes in PhotoPolymer so it’s really easy to see where you are stamping.  It also comes in a bundle with the coordinating framelits so if you purchase them together you save 15%!

Now this week’s challenge is perfect timing as it was one of my besties birthday’s last week so I made this card for her …

I had the thought of a stained glass window and think I pulled it off.   Using the black frame really makes it pop and gives the illusion of a window frame.

I stamped the Rose in Versamark onto Vellum and embossed it with black embossing powder.  I then coloured my rose with Marina Mist and Soft Sky – you’d never guess my friends favourite colour was blue would you?  I used the aqua painter to colour as it gave a nice watercolour effect and was easy to add a deeper colour in parts and blend the others.

After I finished the card I thought I’d add some Wink of Stella to my rose to make it glimmer and wow it does and you can sort of see it in the above photo. It’s so hard to show just how well it does glimmer in a photo.

Now I mentioned earlier that this set comes in a Bundle and therefore you save 15%.  I want you to know that it’s only available in this bundle until 31st May – it is going into the new Annual Catalogue however they’ll be sold as separate items so if you really want this bundle you’ll need to order it from me before 31st May to save yourself over $15!

Already have this set?  then why not play along and enter your card over at What Will You Stamp Challenge Blog and yours could be chosen as the winning card and you will be a guest designer for one of the upcoming set challenges!    How exciting would that be … go on get creating and enter today!

Thanks for stopping by and see you latte ..
