Summer is here!

Summer is finally here and if the recent temperatures didnt convince you then maybe this little book will ….

Although I will miss all the lovely sets in the Spring catalogue I now have many more sets to help you fall in love with and the new Designer Series Papers are just gorgeous!

Here is a card I made last week when my pre-order arrived.

It uses the Embrace Life stamp set which comprises of 3 different flower stamps, a leafy branch and a greeting all for just $45.95 – where else can you buy 5 stamps for less than $46.00??

I loved this set when I first saw it and I’m so happy now that I can share it with you all.

I’ve created the ‘window’ using our Square Punches and you just need to use your Stamp-a-majig to ensure the flowers are stamped in the right spot – easy! Makes a very simple and elegant card to say the least.

Now I must apologise too for my tardiness in posting of late. We had a scare where my mum was taken to hospital in an ambulance. She is back home now but still rather weak and needs to take good care of herself – I did pop down to Victoria to visit her (and my sister) last weekend which I am glad I did as we were given a treasure box FULL of photo’s dating back to the mid 1940’s!  Jo and I had a ball going thru them to say the least!

I also got a brand spankin new laptop last night so I’m also spending some time setting it up and to my liking! But boy do I love the big 17″ crystal bright screen … soooo nice 😀
