Scallop Tag Topper Box

Well good afternoon!

I do hope you’ve had a good Thursday and ready for a little Time Out for you! I have something special for you today – I have my very first Video Tutorial … yep it’s true!  Now lets just say I have a better appreciation for all my lovely friends that have been doing video’s forever – the editing took the better part of this morning and then uploading to YouTube took it’s fine time too and I wont even tell you how many times I ‘took’ the video before I was happy with it – oh my I do waffle on at times!

So what is today’s Time Out project??

Why it’s these very cute Scalloped Tag Topper Boxes ….

I love how these little boxes came together and they actually turned out how I’d imagined them in my head. They’d be perfect for a little bag of chocolates or cookies, candles, hand cream, jewelry or soaps.

We even have one for Easter ….

How cute is this guy??  I actually had a ‘Ta-da’ moment when creating the Easter Bunny – I couldnt work out what to use for his ears as all the punches I used to use had been retired … Word Window was too long and thin and the Oval Punch was too big then my eyes ventured to another punch and I thought “Ohhhh maybe” and Ta-dah it worked!  I used the Elegant Butterfly Punch – I simply cut it in half and adhered the bottom part of wing behind his head and the top half became his hear – it’s even shaped perfectly too!

But wait .. .there’s more ….

‘We have the back of the Easter Box and hence the back of the Bunny!  It’s a bit cute hey?  even down to his little cottontail!  Do you like the Easter Chick?  These are so cute and think I have to send a couple to a friend in USA who has her own chooks as they remind me of her everytime I see them – the fact they fit perfectly in this little box is just a bonus!

Now remember I mentioned a Video?   Well here it is ….
