Good Afternoon and welcome to another Freshly Brewed Projects Blog Hop with the Latte Girls. This week we have a Christmas in July theme!
Retiring Designer Series Paper Pack
There’s been lots of excitement recently with news and sneak peeks of the new Annual Catalogue. Now it is exciting when we have new products to play with and share however this also means some of our favourites will be retiring. Awww! Today the Latte Girls are sharing ways to use their favourite Retiring Designer Series Paper Packs.
The pack I’m using today is the lovely Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper pack from the Occasions Catalogue.
Happiness Blooms DSP
Today’s project is a 12×12 Layout designed for my Happiness Blooms Stamp Camp which was held last Saturday. My Stamp Camps are a full day class where we make oodles of projects and it also includes Lunch and Afternoon Tea. The projects we make in a Stamp Camp are usually cards, framed items, gift boxes and gift bags. I thought this time I’d throw a little curve ball and include a 12×12 Layout.
I keep telling myself I need to do more scrapbooking and this was a way of introducing it into a class. Even those who dont normally scrapbook can still do a 12×12 Layout and have it framed to display on a wall or give it as a gift.
I did have one lady adamant that she didnt, or wasnt, going to make it. In the end she did complete her page. I even printed a photo from her phone on my printer for her to pop on the layout. She was rather happy with how it turned out. So that was a bonus!
Here’s my layout they copied …
At the Stamp Camp the girls also created 10 other cards using the products in their Stamp Camp Kit.
The Stamp Camp Kit included …
- 6 sheets 12×12 Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper,
- 12×12 Whisper White,
- 12×12 Sleeve,
- 12×12 Memories & More Pocket Sleeve,
- Memories and More Card Pack,
- 10 Memories and More Notecards and envelopes.
- 6 sheets of A4 cardstock from the Happiness Blooms A4 Cardstock Pack
- 1/2 pack Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots
In all the day is great value with all that product to use and take home plus lunch and Afternoon Tea! Keep an eye out for my next Stamp Camp in July!
