Good Morning!!
I did a Stamp A Stack for my sister last Sunday and it was good to catch up with her friends again. She wanted a pretty feminine birthday card and I had seen those gorgeous cards my friend Jayne had done for Stamping & Papercraft Magazine and thought something similar those would be perfect.
This is my finished card.
I wanted it to be soft and feminine and love how it turned out. I’ve used Sage Shadow and Pretty in Pink for the card and the Taffeta ribbon, pearls and rhinestone brads just make this card into a pretty and elegant card.
I had made this card before the Retirement List was released and I was shocked to see Brocade Basics on the list. I know many demonstrators and customers who love this stamp set so if you’d like to have it in your collection of stamps be quick and order it as I’m sure that the supplies of this stamp set wont last long.

This is such a sweet, soft and pretty card Leonie. I love the colours you have used. Such a beautiful design. I’m sure your sister loved it. I was also surprised to see this set on the retiring list, it really is very lovely and popular….hopefully there will be something just as good replacing it 🙂

This is really beautiful. I may also have to case this card as I have the stamp set but havn’t used it much. TFS
I’ve just purchased the Sage colours as I really love them – I love this card to….I may case it for my own sister’s birthday next week…..or change it slightly to make it fit her personality.
Lovely card though. Hope the housework was as much ‘fun’ as you anticipated.

Absolutely gorgeous Leonie. Of course you know this is one of my favourite sets too which I don’t think I will part with. I might just have to CASE this card the colours are just lovely together and as you say look very soft.
