Good Morning!

Today I have my last class for the year … awwww!   I am looking forward to seeing the ladies today and have some sweet cards for the last Birthday Card Club of 2016.

Did you know it’s Christmas next week?  How does that happen?  you have weeks and weeks to shop and prepare and BOOM!  Just like that it’s one week away!

I hope you are prepared but just in case you are short on cards here’s a quick and easy idea using an old favourite – Flurry of Wishes …

I love doing some Christmas Cards in non-traditional colours and snowflakes just call for soft pretty colours dont they?

The colours I’ve used are Wisteria Wonder,  Pool Party and Blushing Bride.  They go so well together and just match the Frosted Sequins so well!

Now I have a tip for you today.  If you are sending out your cards this week please pop them into a plastic/cello bag that can be sealed to protect it from the weather.  If you’ve gone to all the trouble to hand make a card you dont want it arriving all water logged and washed out.

I had two arrive yesterday and while it is summer here we have more rain forecast this week.   One of the cards I received I couldnt really read the message they’d wrote inside which made me sad.   So .. go grab some clear envelopes or cello bags and protect your work!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
