Good Morning … hope you are well and having a lovely morning. If your kids went back to school today – yay you made it so you deserve a treat! Mine are both off to University this year so still have another month for that to happen!
Say it … From the Heart
Today’s card is a super quick and easy note card using the Painted with Love Designer Series Paper …
I love this paper pack! Pinks and Gold tones are just gorgeous!
This past week I challenged my team to create with the Painted with Love Bundle but to use it for anything other than Valentine’s. This was my card for that challenge.
We really should be telling others we love them more often than we do and we really dont need a special day like Valentine’s to do that. Although getting a little treat or card on Valentine’s Day never goes astray (just in case hubby is reading!)
The layout and design of this card was inspired by this week’s challenge over at Freshly Made Sketches …
It’s been a while since I’ve done a sketch challenge and thought it was time to have another play with challenges and did have fun making this card.
It was so quick and easy with the papers and products from the Occasions Catalogue. I’ve used these Occasions Catalogue products …
- Painted with Love Specialty Designer Series Paper
- Petal Palette Stamp Set (sentiment)
- Sure do Love You Stamp Set (large heart)
- Love Mini Tinsel Trim (bow)
How about we get together and make some special Note Cards for you to give to family and friends? Invite some friends over and I’ll bring all you need to make 3 lovely notecards each to take home and give to those you love. I mean let’s not miss an opportunity to tell those we care about how much they mean to us!
Thanks for stopping by …
Such a perfect way to show off paper – with just a simple sentiment, a heart and a bow!! Thank you for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches.
