Well today I’m starting something new called Monday Makes and I’m joining with my lovely friend Libby to bring you lots of ideas and inspiration each week.
For this week we thought we’d bring you some Sale-a-bration Inspiration.
Here’s my first card using You’re Lovely ….
I just loved playing with layers and sponging and making this sweet card. I so love the colours in the Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper Pack – they are so soft and so pretty. Now although the top of the Deco Label is above the card it still fits in a standard envelope as the base card is 105mm x 105mm. You can get the Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper or the You’re Lovely Stamp set for free with a $90 order – or get them both for free with a $180 order!
The second card I have for you today is actually the first one I made and it seemed to be taking forever – well I did have a few interruptions – that’s the story I’m going with! This one uses the See Ya Later set from Sale-a-bration …
Oh do you see that??? I made a Valentine’s Day card – do you think it’s too ‘girly’ to give to my hubby? We dont normally do anything for Valentine’s – it gets a bit much after 29 years of marriage (and they said it wouldnt last!).
I love the Fresh Prints Designer Series Paper Stack – 48 sheets of beautiful prints and the perfect size for cards or matting on your scrapbook layouts. I just love this colour combination as well – Real Red, Crumb Cake, Coastal Cabana although the blues I’ve used for my card base and layer are Soft Sky but it still works.
I think this card has the most number of framelits I’ve ever used on one card – we have the Deco Labels, Starburst, Circles, Hearts, Bitty Banners and Large Scallop Edgelits – you should have seen my table! I’m glad to let you know all framelits were accounted for when packing up.
I really do love how this second card came out and thinking I might use that layout again for other Occasions.
I’ve still got a few vacancies for Workshops if you’d like to take advantage of Sale-a-bration and the gorgeous Hostess Benefits Stampin’ Up! has to offer – if you work it right you could even get the Big Shot for Half Price or even for free!
Thanks for stopping by ….
