What a week it’s been!  So busy the week before Christmas and today (Boxing Day) I am feeling a little deflated again – it happens every year.  With all the hype and build up before Christmas Day and it’s all over in a matter of 30 minutes or so – maybe with the girls getting older the ‘magic’ of Christmas is not as long lived as it used to be.

Hence why I thought I’d extend Christmas just a little longer … I am here today to share with you the Mega Christmas Card bundle I created using the Season of Style Journaling Tags in the Holiday Catalogue.  Now there are quite a few photo’s here so hope you like them all ….

These two were made using the Window Frames Framelits and our gorgeous Glimmer paper.  I placed the fold of the card below the blade on the framelit to keep the folded card for the base card then added the layers.

I’ve also used the Season of Style Paper packs as it matches the designs in the Journaling Tags pack perfectly.   The little baubles on the “Jolly” card were done with the Mini Merry’s Punch set which are in the Carry Over Flyer and available till the end of January if you havent already got them.

Here’s a close up of the Santa Card – cute as but look what happens when you add a candy dot …

makes a world of difference doesnt it?

Three cards using Crumb Cake, square & postage square punches and a little Washi Tape

Three more using tags. Now when I came across the bauble tag on the card on the top left it was a little plain so I found a similar one that was blank so added the Merry Little Christmas stamp and some pearls to the baubles. The most wonderful time of the year has Rhinestones added for a little bling and a pretty bow to finish it off.

This set of four finishes the 16 cards we made.  I love the Let it Snow card and did you know that Gorgeous Grunge makes awesome snow?  The Deck the Halls card features a bow made using the Envelope Punch Board.  Dazzling Details on the Season’s Greetings card helps define the snow was pretty pleased with how the Naughty or Nice card turned out including the arrow and circled date.  You could even pop that arrow on a spinner and make it a fully interactive card.

This little Tag pack is full of lots of gorgeous tags for Scrapbooking, Journaling and of course making lots of Christmas Cards!  There are actually 35 tags in 6 different sizes and we actually made 16 cards using this pack however there were quite a few pieces left over so you could make even more if you wanted to.

Now I know Christmas is done for 2013 but there’s nothing to stop you grabbing a pack or two of these tags in preparation for next year!  They are available until 28th January, 2014 so contact me to place your order or order them online by clicking the image below …

I do hope you had a wonderful Christmas Day and made lots of lovely new memories with family and friends and Santa found you’d been good and were blessed with lots lovely packages under the Christmas tree!
