Happy Tuesday to you!
I am a bit chuffed with today’s project. You see I’ve been admiring lots of other demonstrators when they make a sampler using a particular Designer Series Paper pack or paper Stack and always wished I was creative enough to do something like that.
Well I have finally done one! Now, it might only be small but I had to work with a frame I could buy a couple of for the Class last Sunday. I am glad the ladies who did the class loved it as I was up till 3am finishing it off!
How nice did it turn out? Even hubby likes it!
It looks so pretty up on the shelf too!
So how do you make one? Well the best thing to do is to find a frame first – then you know how many squares and what size they should be. This was the nicest Shadow Box frame I could find so just went with this frame which displays 5×7 and the outside of the frame measures 8 1/2″ x 10 1/4″ so my sampler consists of 6 2″ squares which are so much fun to make.
I’d love to share this project with you and if you’d like to make one I can arrange a class either at my place or yours – maybe a couple of your friends would like to make one too? Let me know and we’ll arrange a day and time.
I do hope you like my sampler as much as I do
Thanks for stopping by and see you latte …
