Last Chancce List Favourites
Vintage Leaves
Vintages Leaves is one my favourite sets in the Annual Catalogue. It’s great for all sorts of cards and projects using this set. It’s great for masculine projects.
Here’s a great card suitable to give to any friend …
This card uses a few retiring products …
- the background strip is done using the lace block from Background Bits Hostess Set.
- the die cut ‘friend’ is from the lovely Inside and Out Thinlits
- the leaves are from the Vintage Leaves stamp set
- the leaves are cut out with the leaflets framelits
This was a fun card we made at last week’s Retiring List Crafternoon and the ladies loved it.
Rose Wonder
This bundle is a wonderful item to have in your craft supply. It’s great for all sorts of occasions including Birthdays, Anniversaries, Wedding and even Sympathy.
Here’s another card from our Retiring List Crafternoon using the bundle ..
I loved making this card and was quite therapeutic lining up the pieces. The insides of the petals were done in Blushing Bride and Powder Pink. SImply cut a rose from each colour and you’ll have enough pieces for two flowers. One thing you’ll want to have is the Adhesive Sheets. Simply apply the adhesive sheet to the cardstock before running it through the Big Shot with the die. This way all your pieces will come out perfectly cut with the adhesive on the back. Then just simply peel the backing off and apply it to your card.
Have you not got the Rose Wonder products yet? purchase it today and you’ll notice the Stamp Set has been reduced in price so it’s the perfect time to purchase it.
Be sure to get online or get your orders to me by 10pm to ensure we get your order through on time so you dont miss out.
Thanks so much for stopping by and see you latte!
I love your card from Rose Wonder. I needed to make a couple of sympathy cards and I pulled the Rose Wonder out of my stash. I had hoped to make a card similar to yours, but didn’t put the adhesive sheet on the back…….Duh!! I should have known that! I ended up tossing the pieces and just using the outline of the rose and leaves. Since I wanted color I brushed a little pink for the rose and green for the leaves across the die cut and then attached it to the white background. Turned out lovely, but still loved your technique…….Will do that on my next card.
Thank you, thank you!
