Glimmer Triangles
My Glimmer Triangles Card combines two of my favourite products from the Annual Catalogue. It uses the Rainbow Glimmer Specialty Paper and the Stitched Triangles Dies. I’ve also used the Tasteful Touches Bundle for my sentiment & label.
To create my Glimmer Triangles I cut a 4″ strip of the Rainbow Paper. Using the Stitched Triangles I cut out as many of the tall triangle I could fit. Some were not full Triangles and thats ok as they become the edge pieces.
Tip .. If you are cutting triangles out like mine be sure to rotate the die to maximise this gorgeous paper
I placed my triangles onto a white layer then onto another black layer. The black makes thes colours pop!
You could really put any sentiment on this card you wanted. I wanted a general sentiment to make a friend feel special so chose this one from the Tasteful Touches Stamp Set.
To finish my card I’ve added some gold trim from …. and some of the Gold Glimmer Enamel dots. I mean you cant have too much glitter or glimmer on a card can you?
One of the things I love about our Glimmer Papers is that when you use them you dont find yourself covered in glitter. Stampin’ Up! have mastered the glimmer papers and the glitter stays on the paper or project rather than all over you!
