Fun with Bordering Blooms

I remember when we got our new Catalogues at Convention in May and I saw the Bordering Blooms set and I said to my sister (and downline) “Oh I gotta have that!” and she asked why?

Well here are a couple of reasons why …

PunchedBlooms

I love this card – it’s just so quick and so very very easy and how pretty is it??  It’s simply a matter of stamping the leafy stamp and sentiment, punching some flowers and sticking them on then tying a piece of thick Baker’s Twine around the top layer and blinging it up with some Rhinestone Jewels and you are done!

Now you know that I love card sets so how nice would these be in a gift of say 5 cards all the same just change the colour of the twine and punched flowers – too easy! The perfect gift!

Then we have this one …

BlendedBloomBorder

Oh my I loved doing this one … I do so love to colour with the Blendabilities!  I’ve used the Old Olive, Melon Mambo and Rich Razzleberry sets for this card.

You could pop any sentiment on these you’d like and again – you could make a set for a gift!  Sooo pretty!

So yes in my book Bordering Blooms is a ‘must have’ or what I call a ‘Latte Essential’!  Those Itty Bitty Accents punches fall in the same category too!

So what did I use?
