Good Afternoon and thanks for joining us for another Freshly Brewed Projects with the Latte Girls Blog Hop. Today we are creating with the rather cute Bird Banter Stamp Set.
I love the Bird Banter Stamp Set. I have had a love for birds since I was young and now that gene seems to have passed onto my youngest daughter who currently has a Quaker Parrot and a Pearl Cockatiel – or they are also known as Quarrion Parrots. This may explain my love for the Sydney Swans? hmm ok stretching it a bit there.
Bird Banter
This set is so cute and has many different bird images which are perfect to colour and make all sorts of fun projects with!
How cute is that set? you’ve got various birds, flowers, leaves, a balloon and several punny sentiments!
Here’s what I made for you today ..
Not my usual colours but I wanted the card base and layers to match the Blue Macaw which I used as a guide to colour my Macaw.
The little parrot is coloured using my daughter’s Quaker Parrot as the ‘colour guide’
The Stampin’ Blends really do bring your images to life so to speak. They are also very therapeutic to use too!
Also, don’t be surprised if you find yourself stamping more images just to colour with the Stampin’ Blends – they do have that sort of effect on people … even people who don’t like to colour!
