Now I know Mother’s Day can be a hard day for those of us who’s Mums are no longer with us, me being one of those, I pray you still remember and celebrate your Mum on Mother’s Day. No doubt I’ll be visiting Mum at the Cemetery with my sister. We also have friends who do step in and mother us at times who we can also celebrate on Mother’s Day.

Flowers of Friendship

My Mum loved flowers and pottering in her garden. So today I’m remembering her with this card using Flowers of Friendship. It’s a gorgeous new Flower Stamp set with some great sentiments. It also have a mix of fonts in the sentiments which I love!

Here’s my card …

Now I know my card doesn’t have Happy Mother’s Day on it but this sweet sentiment works for the occasion.

I’ve stamped the flowers in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then coloured with Stampin Blends. The Blends colours I used are 4 of the new In Colours – Pale Papaya, Fresh Freesia, Polished Pink and Soft Succulent. I love the tones in these colours – so soft and sweet. The sentiment is stamped in the new Evening Evergreen Ink.

This is such a fun sweet Bundle. The bundle consists of the Flowers of Friendship Stamp Set and the coordinating Flowers and Leaves Punch. You can purchase them separately however you’ll save 10% when you purchase them together in the Bundle .

As you can see, the Stamp Set has some lovely sentiments to go with the gorgeous flowers. I love that this Stamp Set is bundled with a punch for quick and easy punching out.. Being a Stamp/Punch Bundle the price is affordable too.

To complete my card I added some Opal Rounds to the centres of my flowers and added a bow using the Soft Succulent Open Weave Ribbon.

Let’s go hopping …

Now let’s see what my creative friends have crafted for you today for Mother’s Day …

I do hope you liked those sweet projects and you got some inspiration for you Mother’s Day Projects.

Thanks so much for stopping by and see you latte
