Welcome to the ESAD Retiring Products Blog Hop for 2017!

I hope you take the time to hop around all the blogs today and enjoy the gorgeous creations showing some of the items on the 2017 Retiring Products List.

So you may be wondering what ESAD is .. well here’s some information …

If you are a demonstrator in Australia or New Zealand or thinking about becoming one be sure to ask me for more details on this great supportive group I run.

If you need an up to date copy of the Retirement List you can download one here.

It’s long hey?  and there’s lots of things already sold out so if you see anything today be sure to get your order in so you dont miss out.

With the list being so long it was hard to pick something to highlight today but I thought well I should use something that’s going that I hadnt used yet so I chose to share some cards using the Oh So Succulent Suite …

Oh So Succulent Suite ..

Did you know some of the Retiring Products are discounted up to 50%?  Did you also know that the Oh So Succulent Stamp Set and Succulent Framelits are 20% off and the Designer Series Paper is 40% off?  So that makes the Stamps $29.20, The framelits $49.80 and the Designer Series Paper is just $11.55 – so all three items for just $90.55 – now that’s a Bargain!!

I must say how lovely this set and suite is to work with and wonder now why I waited so long but with so many gorgeous products it’s hard to use them all!

Now let’s see the projects I’ve made for you …

I loved making these cards last night – much more fun and less frustrating than watching the football – at least I know my stamps will do what they are supposed to do every time!

This one is a tall single layer card and a fun one to do and it will different every time you stamp it.  I’ve used a little rock and roll technique on my background stamps to get the tones you get in succulents.  I love that our 2 step stamps are Photopolymer as it makes it so easy to line them up.

How bright and pretty is this card?  I found this card on Kimberly’s blog and I had to case it.  It’s like a bird’s eye view of a succulent garden.  I’ve also used the Baby Wipe Technique on the layered succulents – that technique is so much fun!

Now of course, I left my favourite to last!   The background on this card is done with the spritzed marker block technique and I added some splatter using the Touches of  Texture Stamp Set.  This technique creates such a easy but subtle background – perfect for my succulents.

This is the little window box from the Hearth and Home framelits that I’ve used as my ‘planter’.  I’ve then just done some succulents using my markers to add extra colour to the stamp before stamping.  I love those chain of pearls – my grandmother used to have them indoors – loved them and they’d get so so long!

I do hope you’ve liked my cards today and now it’s time to hop on over to the next blogger being the lovely Kristel Rimmer

Here’s the complete list of all the ESAD members blogging for you today ..

Thanks for stopping by and please leave the ladies some love via a comment so they know you’ve been by and visited.
