Welcome to the ESAD New Annual Catalogue Blog Hop!
ESAD New Annual Catalogue Blog Hop
Now you may be wondering what this ESAD thing is? It’s a group I started to help encourage and support Demonstrators from Australia and New Zealand some 11 years ago.
We love to help each other, share projects and answer questions where we can. If you are a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand and would like to join have your upline add you to our group on Facebook or contact me to find out how to be added.
Now have you seen the new Annual Catalogue yet? Oh my gosh it has to be one of the best ever and so many new gorgeous things to fall in love with! Lots of gorgeous new Stamp Sets, divine Designer Series Papers and all the awesome new Big Shot dies and accessories! It’s going to be a fun and creative 12 months that’s for sure!
Nature’s Poem Suite
Today I’ve decided to share a couple of projects using the gorgeous new Nature’s Poem Suite.
This is such a wonderful suite with lots of different products included – Designer Series Paper Pack, Stamp Set, Framelits pack, metal embellishments and baker’s twine pack. It’s going to be a great one for all sorts of occasions.
My first card today was a card I made for my Heat Embossing Techniques Class. It shows how you can Heat Emboss with our Classic Ink Pads. The two trees are actually stamped using the same colour one after the other.
The ‘ground’ is created using the watercolour wash background from the Love What You Do Stamp set. This second picture shows the sheen from the embossing.
This was the second card we did in class and the sentiment and each of the leaves is embossed. The class attendees loved how easy it was to emboss with the Classic Ink Pads. Heat Embossing was my Stamping Technique Basics Class for May and each week we learned a new technique using Heat Embossing. These classes are becoming quite popular so if you’d like to join us please let me know. We meet every Wednesday at 11am and enjoy making some cards, learning new techniques and a cup of coffee! If you’d like more details about these classes please dont hesitate to contact me – June’s Base Technique is Watercolouring so that will be lots of fun!
I do hope you like today’s Nature’s Poem Projects and I’m sure you’ll see more using this Suite over the next few months.
