Welcome to another week of Freshly Brewed Projects with the Latte Girls  …

I do hope you’ve been enjoyed these Weekly Blog Hops and this week we are working with the “Easter” theme.

With Easter in 2 weeks we thought now would be a great time to share some projects so you have time to re-create them to give to your loved ones.

I thought for my card today I’d use the Honeycomb Happiness but then I remembered that gorgeous little Easter Lamb set so I incorporated both …

I think I may just be falling in love with this wee little chicken and the little Lamb.   They are so cute and fun to colour as well.   The little chicks were watercoloured on Shimmery White cardstock and the Lamb ….

StellaLambThe Lamb is stamped in Basic Gray Archival and then I water coloured in Smoky Slate.  The ears and cheeks were done with the Wink of Stella Brush and Pink Pirouette.  I love that you can water colour with the Wink of Stella Brush and it gives such a gorgeous shimmery finish.

I hope you liked today’s little card and it inspires your to make some sweet Easter cards this year.  I know it’s not something we tend to make cards for but maybe we should – a time to thanks others for all they do for us and how they bless us!

Here’s a sweet little project made by Latte Girl Kath Crispin using the Curvy Keepsake Box thinlit …

How cute are they!  Kathy doesnt have a blog so you can share your comments by clicking here to email her.
