Good Afternoon! Today I have some sweet Thank You cards using the new Delightful Floral Designer Series Paper Pack and the Hope You Know Stamp Set.
Delightful Floral
The Delightful Floral is a new Designer Series Paper pack which was a special release recently. It’s full of gorgeous bright nature prints on one side and lovely watercolor washes on the back.
I love using Stampin’ Up! papers as it all coordinates with their cardstock, inks, markers and embellishments! So you know everything will go together perfectly. They also list the colours used on the back of each pack so you dont have to do any guessing.
Hope You Know
I love a good sentiment set! Hope You Know is a great set and perfect for lots of different projects and cards.
I love the varied sentiments from Miss You and Hello to Wishing You Comfort & Sympathy.
Delightful Floral Cards
These cards came together easily. I had the clean design already in my head and it was just working out which patterned paper to use. I wont tell you that I’d picked one then realised it had been retired after working out the two layers and coordinating stamp set to use. So it was onto picking another paper pack and chose the Delightful Floral.
Card 1
This card has a Parakeet Party Base and mat. The background is also from the Delightful Florals Designer Series Paper pack. I’ve adhered my mat layer with dimensionals for extra depth. The sentiment is stamped in Old Olive and finished off with Adhesive Backed Glitter Sequins and a silver bow.
Card 2
This card has a Berry Burst Base and mat. The background is also from the Delightful Florals Designer Series Paper pack. I’ve adhered my mat layer with dimensionals for extra depth. The sentiment is stamped in Berry Burst and finished off with Iridescent Rhinestones and a silver bow.
Card 3
This card has a Pretty Peacock Base and mat. The background is also from the Delightful Florals Designer Series Paper pack. I’ve adhered my mat layer with dimensionals for extra depth. The sentiment is stamped in Parakeet Party and finished off with Adhesive Backed Glitter Sequins and a silver bow.
Card 4
This card has a Blackberry Bliss Base and mat. The background is also from the Delightful Florals Designer Series Paper pack. I’ve adhered my mat layer with dimensionals for extra depth. The sentiment is stamped in Blackberry Bliss and finished off with Iridescent Rhinestone Jewels and a silver bow.
Do you make card inserts?
I dont normally do inserts in my cards but decided to this time.
I think if you add a little flair inside the card it just makes it a little extra special.
