I hope you’ve enjoyed the cards I’ve shared recently that we created at Stamp Club last week.

At our first Club meeting the girls mentioned a few times how they couldnt remember what they had already bought and were always looking for something to write notes or measurements on so I thought our third project should be a covered notebook.  This way they can just pop it into their handbags to bring along to Club each time and they can pop a list of what they own and any notes or measurements they might like to jot down and keep in one place for handy reference.

So after searching all over Campbelltown for the ‘perfect notebook’ I decided on one from Officeworks and then set to covering it …

I gave them all half a sheet of the gorgeous Natural Composition Specialty Paper to cover their books.

This paper is just so divine with each sheet having its own embossing you really dont have to do too much else but cover the notebook!

I thought we’d add some divine Crochet Trim and one of the new divine Desinger Builder Brads and we just stamped an image from the divine Itty Bitties stamp set (I chose the Butterfly) to pop under the epoxy bubble.

To ‘personalise’ their books we stamped our own letter from Lovely Letters and popped it on a Doily from the Delicate Doillies Sizzlet and popped another butterfly from the Beautiful Wings Embosslit.

They all loved their Notebooks and you can make one of these for free too when you join my new Stamp Club which starts in April!  Stamp Club requires a minimum $50 order per month and runs for just 6 months and each member takes a turn at being the Hostess and earning free Stampin’ Up! Hostess Dollars to spend.

If you are not local to me you are welcome to join as a long distance club member.

Please let me know if you’d like more details or would like to join my club – its a great way to get all the goodies on your wish list and spread the cost over time.
