I hope you are having a lovely easy Saturday!
Today I have a couple of cards using the Reindeer from the Cookie Cutter Christmas set. My first card is a note card and it’s one I designed to be super quick and super easy …
This one was designed with the kids in mind. It’s easy enough for them to do so they can make Christmas Cards with you and they then have a card to give to their friends and teachers.
It uses a notecard and these come in packs of 20 with envelopes for just $10.50 and the only extra they’ll need is a scrap of white card stock to stamp the nose in red to pop on top and some ribbon and even that’s optional!
My second card, again using the Reindeer Stamp, is a little more involved with some colouring for mum …
This is a standard A6 card and I simply stamped the Reindeers three times on the card – yes I did stamp the centre one as well as it helps with spacing and placing the other two. I then stamped another Reindeer on a scrap piece of cardstock and used the cookie cutter punch to punch him out.
I’ve coloured my Reindeers with the Blender Pen and the ink from the Crumb Cake ink pad so you’ll need to use Shimmery White Cardstock for this card as it doesnt pill with colouring.
How ingenious that they designed the Reindeer to fit that punch! It sure makes for an easy card! Rudolph is punched out and lifted with Dimensionals as he does tend to stand out in a crowd!
The sentiment comes from the very lovely Star of Light Stamp Set.
I hope you like these fun cards as I sure enjoyed making them.
Thanks for stopping by …
