Blue and Baroque

Welcome to our first Thursday Time Out for 2014!

I’ve had some new ladies start my Stamp A Stacks recently so we’ve gone back and revisited some cards and techniques.  The ladies wanted to know how to use the Stamp-a-majig and here’s the card we made at the last Stamp A Stack in December using Field Flowers ….

Paper: Marina Mist A4, Soft Sky A4, Whisper White A4
Inks: Pool Party, Marina Mist, Pear Pizzazz
Accessories: Beautifully Baroque Embossing Folder, Big Shot, Oval Punch, Scalloped Oval Punch, Stamp-a-majig, White Taffeta Ribbon

I love how this card turned out – so soft and so pretty – the colours and the stamps are such a perfect match!  One of the things I love about Stampin’ Up! are all the gorgeous products they give us to use and how well they just ‘go’ together.

How sweet is that Beautifully Baroque Embossing Folder?  Now I went to my online store to make sure I had its name right – didnt want to call it something and totally confuse both of us!  Now when I was there I realised that you can get this folder in a ‘bundle’ with the Beautifully Baroque stamp – who knew?
