I have mentioned a couple of times about a yahoogroup that I and a few of my lovely Aussie Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator friends run. Its called ‘Extremely Special Australian [Stampin’ Up!®] Demonstrators’ or ESAD for short.

Each week Makeesha sets us a new challenge which could be a sketch, colour challenge or product challenge or whatever her fuzzy little heart desires – I am amazed at all the things she comes up with! I am so glad we appointed her in charge of the challenges and not me!

Here is our latest sketch challenge – simple enough you say? then I wonder why it took me all morning to make it??

Here is my entry for the challenge.

I’ve used the Embrace Life set again – I do love this set and I do hope that some fellow demonstrators dont realise just how much I’ve used it in the last couple of weeks!

I’ve just randomly stamped the ‘blossom’ stamp randomly on a piece of very vanilla then coloured the flowers in pretty in pink using the aqua painter. I’ve sponged caramel pastels over the piece and then daubered around the end to give it a little vintage look.

I’ve used my oval and designer tag punches with the sentiment and cant go past using some taffeta ribbon & and small flower from the pretties kit to balance it out. All layered on a piece of Close to Cocoa cardstock. The striped paper is from the Notebook Designer Series Paper pack.

I do hope you like my little card as much as I liked making it.

As I was typing this post it dawned on me that I could have done the cracked glass technique over the floral piece – I’ve never done this before so I might have to make another card and give it a go.
