This Sunday we celebrate Father’s Day here in Australia and I must say this year I AM organised!!
This is great considering the next two days are pretty full on so I’m glad I’ve got a card a pressie sorted for my hubby!
I wanted to make something a little different for a Father’s Day card this year and I’m pretty pleased with this Father’s Day card …
Recipe
Stamps: Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Paper: Old Olive, Whisper White, Naturals White
Ink: Pistachio Pudding, Always Artichoke
Accessories: Big Shot, Stripes Embossing Folder, Chalk Talk Framelits, Paper Snips, 2 3/4″ Circle Punch, Decorative Label Punch, Mini Brads, Dimensionals.
I love how easy it was to make this card and the affect of the Stripes folder with some ink and a bit of rotation.
I also loved using one of the tags from the Chalk Talk Framelits to make the pocket …
The silver mini brads make perfect simulated buttons dont they??
I love how easy this card was to make and sure hope hubby likes it this Father’s Day.
Now I know some may not have a Dad to give this card to and just by changing the sentiment this would make the perfect birthday card for the man in your life!
super cool card!
